Are you a spiritually-minded, sensitive person who is tired of struggling with food and your body?
Does any of this sound like you?
You try your best to eat right and take good care of yourself, but something keeps getting in the way.
You are in a battle with food, your body and your weight no matter what you do, or how much will-power you try to use. You make deals and commitments with yourself that you can’t keep you and end up eating the very things you didn’t want to and end up overeating or binging.
You avoid certain situations or have postponed some of your dreams, because you’re embarrassed about your weight and how you look.
You hide these feeling from other people, even those closest to you.
You struggle with digestive problems, lack of energy, or mood swings.
You know that restrictive diets, will power, control, and quick fixes don’t work in the long run, but you don’t know what else to do. Maybe you have been praying to find a something that works and is doable for you.
Because you’ve read this far, you’re probably allot like many of my clients and how I used to be.
I have good news for you: It’s not your fault. You’ve been trying a strategy that is outdated and simply doesn’t work.
You don’t have to live this way. And yes, it is possible to have a loving relationship with food and be at peace with your body. It is possible to have better digestion, more energy, and have more physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
I know, because I have found this for myself and have helped others find it too. I have discovered several keys from my own personal journey and have learned powerful tools and knowledge from the foremost experts in the field of Body-Mind, Health, Nutrition, Spiritual Healing, and Eating Psychology.
I struggled with food and my weight for most of my life. I tried one diet and weight-loss plan after the other and I had severe digestive problems. I lost weight many times, but each time, I eventually hit a wall and would end up binging and overeating until I gained all and more of the weight back. Deep down inside I had a lot of guilt and shame about it and was discouraged.
I was too embarrassed to talk about it to anyone and I hoped that nobody would notice, even though I was afraid they probably did. Worst of all, I knew that my preoccupation with food and my weight was running too much of my life and taking too much of my valuable energy and pulling me down.
The good news is that this story has a happy ending. I am now thankful for the struggle I went through. The lessons I learned and continue to learn in my healing journey with food and my body are invaluable and are deeply connected with all aspects of my life. This gives me a deep desire to help those who seek my knowledge, experience, intuition, and guidance.
I now can appreciate food and my body. I can usually follow inner guidance, listen to what my body needs, and know how to come back into alignment when I get off track.
Are you ready to try a different approach?
Are you ready to look deeper, to transform your relationship with food and your body, while working with your weight?
How would your life be if you felt better about how you look, how you feel, and what you eat. How would it be and what would you do if you had more peace, confidence, energy, and joy?
But, it is very difficult to get there alone. You need someone who has been there and understands the journey, someone who can guide you past the roadblocks in your way that have kept you stuck where you are. You need someone who you can trust and share your experience with.
I have been there and I understand the journey. I can take you by the hand and guide you through the roadblocks on the way.
Don’t wait any longer to let go of the struggle and become to be the person you long to be!
